How to get to your Alamo rental location
There are Alamo rental counters in the terminal buildings of most airports. Where this is not the case, Alamo buses depart from outside the arrivals terminal every 10 minutes.
The Alamo money-back guarantee
If for any reason your the renters are not satisfied with any option they have purchased locally at the counter, simply have them return to the nearest Alamo location within the first 24 hours of the rental for a full refund for that option.

If your Alamo car develops a mechanical problem in the United States, call Alamo's roadside assistance desk 1-800-803-4444, 24 hours a day.
Choice of languages
Alamo Rental Agreements are automatically printed for your signature in English. However, if requested by you, Alamo can print them in French, Spanish, Italian or German at airport-serving locations.
A few words about billing
- Alamo bills the renters' credit card upon rental car pickup.
- Each rental day is calculated on a 24-hour period, beginning at pickup. If the renter keeps the car a couple of hours longer, he'll be charged an hourly rate until the next full daily or weekly rate applies. For optional items, the daily rate applies when the car is returned late.
- If the renter returns at a different time, date, or place other than what is printed on his Rental Agreement, his charges might be a bit different. Charges or credits could also show up on a different credit card statement than the one with the renter's original rental costs.
- Prepaid packages and rental car vouchers are non-refundable.
