Terminal A
From Terminal A, proceed to the Shuttle Bus pick-up area; take the shuttle to the rental car facility.

Terminal B
From Terminal B, walk across from baggage claim to the rental car facility.

Upon arrival to the rental car facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter located on the 1st floor and obtain your rental agreement.  After you have received you rental agreement, proceed to the elevators and go to the 6th floor of the rental car facility, where the Alamo vehicle pick up is located.  You will be met by an Alamo representative who will direct you to your vehicle.
