From the baggage claim area of each terminal, proceed outside to the center island and wait at the purple sign which reads Rental Car Shuttles.

Upon arrival to the car rental facility, please take the exterior elevators to the 5th floor. The Alamo lobby will be located on your left-hand side upon exiting the elevators. Please proceed to the Alamo counter for assistance.
