Upon arrival, please exit baggage claim and proceed to the Shuttle Bus pick-up area.  A shared airport shuttle will take you to the Rental Car facility.

Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Due to tunnel construction per the State of Massachusetts Department of Transportation, the Sumner Tunnel will be closed.  Local authorities estimate this may add 1-3 hours to commutes to and from Boston Logan airport, with peak traffic from 2:00pm to 8:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Tunnel closure schedule is as follows:
• July 5th – August 31st 2023: Full closure, seven days a week.
• September 1st 2023 – Summer 2024: Closed Fridays at 11:00pm to Mondays at 5:00am.
