Skip the rental counter lines and check-in directly by using Alamo's touch-screen kiosk. Check-in using the kiosk and a receipt-sized rental agreement is printed. You'll be directed to your rental car on the lot. At the exit booth, show the booth agent your rental agreement and driver's license - and simply drive away.

Follow these steps when you arrive at New York LaGuardia Airport

Terminal A
You can take the shared National/Alamo/Enterprise shuttle bus from the consolidated shuttle bus pick up outside of the terminal. The shuttle bus will take you directly to the rental facility.
Terminal BPlease follow signs for “Ground Transportation.” This will be located on the bottom level, one level below baggage claim. Please proceed to pillar number 5 where the signs state “Shuttle Pick Up” A shared National/Alamo/Enterprise branded bus will take you directly to the rental facility.
If you decide to walk from terminal B:
The facility is a 10-15 minute walk from terminal B, depending on airport traffic this could save you a lot of travel time. Please input 9501 Ditmars BLVD, Queens NY 1136 on your GPS.
Terminal C
Please follow signs that say “Rental Car Shuttles” from baggage claim to transportation center. A shared National/Alamo/Enterprise branded bus will take you directly to the rental facility.
Upon returning your vehicle: The address to the rental facility is 9501 Ditmars BLVD, Queens NY 11369. Please allow yourself additional time upon arrival and return due to LaGuardia Airport Construction,
The busses will be branded National/Alamo/Enterprise and will drop customers to all terminals.
