In order to take the advantage of this optional free service, you'll need to check-in online then choose the 'skip the counter' option. You will be required to confirm your protection options, agree to the Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions and enter a valid credit card (no charge is made until you return your vehicle). Simply print your rental agreement to bring with you, and you are all set! Go directly to your car, show the booth agent your rental agreement and driver's license - and get on the road!

Follow these steps when you arrive at Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport

Follow the signs to baggage claim located in the lower level of the Airport terminal Exit baggage claim and proceed to the Shuttle Bus pick-up area. Upon arrival to the Rental Car facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter located on the left to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. Monday-Friday 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM Saturday and Sunday 10:00 PM - 4:30 AM
If returning after hours, please place the keys in the over night drop box located in front of the National/Alamo return kiosk, proceed inside on the upper level to the shuttle busses to return to the terminals.
